The Samsung Galaxy S10 has seen countless leaks, and it’s not slowing down anytime soon. The latest leak gives us some insight into the launch and release dates as well as some details about the hardware itself. The rumor claims that the Galaxy S10 series will be announced on February 20 during an Unpacked event right before Mobile World Congress. Pre-orders will start immediately and the device will ship on March 8. As we’ve seen before, there will likely be three devices in the series. The S10 Lite should have a 5.8-inch flat display, the standard S10 should have a 6.1-inch display, and the S10+ should have a 6.4-inch display. All will have Infinity displays with hole-style cutouts. Other details are an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensor (rather than an optical one used on many phones at the moment) , no iris sensor, and a feature called Powershare. It’s basically reverse wireless charging as Huawei did in the Mate 20 Pro, allowing you to charge another device by placing it on the back of the S10. There was also price info leaked, but it’s UK centric. The S10 Lite will be £699 for the 128GB model. The S10 will be £799 for the 128GB model and £999 for the 512GB model. The S10+ will be £899 for the 128GB model, £1099 for the 512GB model, and £1399 for the 1TB model. Converting those prices to USD won’t be an accurate representation of final US pricing though, so we’ll have to wait for that information. However, the 1TB storage model is intriguing (and totally crazy). This is all unconfirmed information but it gives us a good guess at when we’ll see the devices launch. Source: Gizmodo UK
