Dark theme coming to Google Contacts Android app starting today

Google Contacts version 3.2 has a new dark mode setting. The update to the app is rolling out today. It appears dark mode will be locked on if you have the developer option “Set Night mode” toggled to “Always on.” After years of ignoring them — and encouraging app developers to use a lot of white — Google appears to be going all-in with dark themes, as many of its apps are getting the dark mode treatment.
