New Moto Stereo Speaker is Lenovo’s most affordable audio mod yet

The new mod slaps onto the back of your Moto Z series phone like any other, using your phone’s battery to power the audio experience. It’s available in red, blue and black, and offers an integrated kickstand, in case you want to watch videos with a friend or two (small screen, be damned). You can also conduct calls via the speaker. As for a price? The Moto Stereo Speaker will set you back $59.99, making it more affordable than the JBL SoundBoost Speaker and the SoundBoost 2 Moto mods which typically cost $80 each. The JBLs are, however, on sale right now for $59.99 — and as they also offer an integrated 1000mAh battery (with a suggested ten hours of playback) they might be the better buy.
